Solarizing is a type of developing in which you flash a light while the image is developing in the developer chemical. This process is unique because it makes the image appear as if it was outlined with white lines. I really like what this photographer did because it makes the baby seem as if he is glowing. The process can be very frustrating because you can't predict how much more developed the picture will get once shining the light.

Stop Motion is when the aperature is set really high so that when something happens, it is able to basically make it appear as frozen. This photgrapher did a great job of showing stop action. If you look, every piece of coffee seems as if it is stopped in mid air. I really like this photograph because it is unique from most of the other fotographs. Most photographers like to focus on water and common events, this picture is unique and you can tell that it had some planning involved as to how the coffee flew out of the cup like that.

Grayscale Collage

In class, we have been working on making a collage of grayscales over a picture that we chose. I, like this artist, chose an animal as my subject matter. In orfer to match the grayscales, you kind of half to squint your eyes and image the image as the different grayscales. In my picture, instead of doing the background that was in the picture, I used a darker grayscale to make the pig pop more. This artist chose to go with the actual background and you can tell they put a lot of time and effert in these penguins.

High Key, Low Key

High Key Low Key pictures are very unique from most pictures. They contain different gray scales that are either high or low. In this image, you can see the contrast between the high gray scales and the low gray scales. I think that this image does a good job of showing the different gray scales.

Pinhole Photography In Response To Article

I really like the state of calmness in this picture. The pinhole photography did a great job capturing the shadow of the trees and the reflection of the water. In response to the article, I agree that although the cameras for pinhole photography are home made, they are just as effective as actual cameras themselves. They certainly are not cameras for people who do not like to wait. Anyplace with a window or open space is a place for pinhole photography. I like how when taking a pinhole photograph, you never know what to expect the outcome to be.

Pinhole Photography

This photograph is a type of Pinhole Photography. In Photography 2 at North Gwinnett, we have started a unit on pinhole photographs. After seeing this picture I am really excited to start this unit and to hopefully take a picture as well crafted as this one. I like how the tree is the center subject and how the sky looks as if it is moving.
